Sniper Wheels are founded from its roots and experience of being in the automotive and wheel industry for more than 50+ years combined.

Our wheel designs start of as a blank canvas, hand drawn, changes are made many times over and over, ideas thrown around and styled many time again and again until we like something we see. In perspective these takes a long time and many ideas and designs are half drawn and scrapped.

When we eventually have something that we feel we like and our peers would like, we move onto the next step of being drawn in 2D and the rendered into something that what we would expect the finish wheel would look like. While in design phase, we have to also consider many fine details including the strength of the wheels, the required areas of the design of the wheel that needs to meet the heavy load ratings we require, we can simulate these in CAD but ultimately we can only tell once we have the mold done and a sample goes into testing.

JWL-T / VIA is the testing standard/equipment we use to load rate our wheels. The sample design wheel goes through vigorous testing including dynamic cornering and radial testing and impact testing, the T is truck for truck testing which requires much higher loading testing standards which all Sniper wheels meets and exceeds the industry standard.

We over engineer our wheels meaning that we design, manufacture our wheels to much higher load ratings than the requirement so that our end users can be assured that they are receiving a wheel build tough, extremely strong and long lasting durability, used on and off-road by many customers throughout Australia on farms, the outback, across the country.
